1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
- All purchases on AiryThemes are for digital products and services, which cannot be returned once delivered.
- Therefore, no refunds will be issued simply due to:
- Change of mind.
- Project cancellation.
- Buying the wrong product.
- Expecting features not listed in our product description.
- Deciding to use another theme or service after purchase.
2. Limited Refund Policy (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

- The prebuilt website does not work as shown in the demo, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- A critical bug or error exists, and despite providing us access to fix it, the issue remains unresolved.
- The website does not meet the core functionalities that were clearly advertised on our product page.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund if:
- You uploaded your requirements and our team already started customizing/modifying your website. Once customization begins, refunds cannot be issued.
- The website works as shown in the demo, but you expected additional features.
- Hosting/server limitations prevent proper installation or use (e.g., outdated PHP/MySQL versions).
- Third-party plugins, themes, or hosting conflicts cause issues beyond our control.
- The website functions correctly but doesn’t suit your new requirements.
3. Support & Update Periods
- Each prebuilt website purchase includes basic support and free updates for 1 year from the purchase date.
- After this period, continued support or updates may require renewal or a separate support package.
- Lifetime deals (if offered) will be clearly marked and are one-time payments.
4. Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Page.
- You must provide complete details (order ID, website URL, WordPress admin access, and hosting access if necessary) so our team can verify and attempt to resolve the issue.
- Refunds, if approved, may be subject to payment gateway deductions (up to 3.5%).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

- By purchasing from AiryThemes, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund & Returns Policy.
- Digital products are delivered instantly and modified based on your inputs, therefore refunds are granted only in rare, justified cases where we fail to deliver the promised functionality.
