- All purchases on AiryThemes are digital products and are delivered online.
- No physical shipping or postal delivery is involved.
2. Delivery Process
Unlike standard downloadable themes, our prebuilt websites require customer input and customization before final delivery. The process is as follows:
- Purchase – Once your order is completed successfully, you will receive confirmation via email.
- Requirement Submission – You must upload your brand details (e.g., logo, color preferences, content requirements, etc.) through our system.
- Customization Phase – Our team customizes the prebuilt website according to your submitted requirements.
- Delivery – After customization, we will install and publish the website on your hosting server (cPanel, Plesk, or similar hosting panels).
⚠️ Direct download of prebuilt websites is not available, as each delivery is tailored to the customer’s brand and hosting environment.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery times vary depending on the complexity of customization and responsiveness of requirement submission.
- Typically, delivery is completed within 3–7 business days after all required information has been received.
- Delays may occur if:
- Incomplete or delayed requirement submission.
- Hosting/server issues outside of our control.
- Additional customization requests.
4. Customer Responsibility
- You must provide accurate requirements, hosting details, and valid contact information to avoid delays.
- Any hosting/server limitations (e.g., outdated PHP/MySQL versions, restricted access) may impact delivery timelines.
5. Non-Delivery Cases
AiryThemes will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
- Failure to submit requirements.
- Incorrect hosting credentials or inaccessible hosting environments.
- Issues related to third-party hosting providers.
