- How many sites can one licence activate?
- A single-site licence activates one site, and multi-site licences the number shown for their tier. Every site counts — live, staging and local development alike. To move a licence, deactivate the old site from your account, or ask us for a reset.
- What happens when my licence expires?
- The software keeps working forever. Only updates and support stop. Renew at any time to resume both — your installed sites are never deactivated or degraded.
- Can I move a licence to a different domain?
- Yes. Deactivate on the old domain and activate on the new one. You get two free resets every 12 months; a third within the same period needs a quick word with support.
- I build sites for clients. Who owns the licence?
- The account that bought it. As an agency you can install it on a client's site and hand the site over; the licence stays in your account, so renewals and support come to you and you can deactivate it. Licences cannot be transferred later, so if your client should own it, have them buy it with their own account. A client who inherits a site running your licence keeps the version installed working; for updates and support, either you renew it or they buy a licence of their own and activate it on the site.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- In India we accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and issue a GST invoice. Everywhere else Paddle handles payment as merchant of record, covering local taxes.
- Can I get a refund?
- These are digital files delivered instantly, so once you download them the order is final. If you have not downloaded anything you can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment, less the payment processing fee, which our processor does not return to us. If something is genuinely broken, tell us — that is a support question, not a refund one, and we will sort it out.
