Refund policy
These are digital goods delivered instantly. Downloading the files completes the sale; until you download, you have a 7-day window to change your mind.

The short version
- Downloaded the files? The order is final. There is nothing we can take back.
- Not downloaded anything within 7 days? Ask us and we will refund it.
- Refunds are returned less the payment processing fee, which our processor does not return to us.
1. Why downloading ends the right to a refund
What you buy here is source code. Once it has been downloaded it cannot be returned, un-read or un-installed, and we have no way to verify that every copy has been destroyed. That is not a technicality — it is the whole nature of the goods, and it is why the position is stated on the product page, again at checkout before you pay, and here.
Accordingly: once any file belonging to your order has been downloaded, that order is not refundable. This applies whether the download was made by you or by anyone using your account.
We determine this from our download records. A download that was started but never completed does not count against you — only a delivery that actually finished does.
2. The 7-day window before you download
If you have bought something and not downloaded it, you may ask for a refund within 7 days of payment. You do not have to justify the request. After 7 days, or after any download, the sale is final.
We are not trying to catch you out with a short window. It exists because a licence sitting unused is one we can cleanly revoke, and a licence in service is not — so the window is the period in which a refund still costs nobody anything.
3. What you get back
Refunds are made less the payment processing fee charged on the original transaction. That fee was taken by the payment processor at the moment you paid and is not returned to us when we refund you, so we cannot return it to you. It is the only deduction we make, and it is deducted at cost — we do not add to it.
There are two cases where we refund the full amount with no deduction:
- We initiated it. A duplicate charge, an order we cancelled, a product we withdrew before you could use it — none of that is your doing, so none of the cost is yours.
- The law requires it. Where a statutory right to withdraw applies and you have not waived it, you are owed the full price and we pay the full price.
Refunds go to the original payment method. How long your bank takes is between you and your bank; five to ten business days is typical.
When a refund is issued, the licence is revoked and the product is removed from your account. The key stops working, downloads and updates end, and you must remove the software from any site it is installed on.
4. What is never refundable
- Any order where a file has been downloaded.
- Renewals of updates and support, once the renewed term has begun.
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- A product being retired, where we have given the notice our terms require.
- Custom or bespoke work, once it has started.
We may also decline where an account shows a pattern of buying and refunding, or where a licence has been used across a number of sites — that is use of the product, not evaluation of it.
5. If something is genuinely broken
This policy is about changing your mind. It is not about defects. If the product does not do what its product page says it does, tell us — we would rather fix it, and if we cannot fix it we will deal with you fairly regardless of whether you have downloaded anything. Open a ticket before you open a dispute; it is faster and it usually works.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right you have by law. In the EU and EEA you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, unless you asked for the download immediately and acknowledged losing that right — which we ask you to confirm, unticked, at checkout, and record with the time and IP address. Where you did not give that confirmation, the withdrawal right stands and this policy does not override it.
For purchases outside India our payment provider acts as merchant of record and applies its own buyer terms in addition to these. Where the two differ, the provider's terms govern that transaction.
7. Chargebacks
Please write to us before going to your card issuer. A chargeback costs us a fee whatever its outcome, takes weeks, and we will contest it with our delivery and download records — which are detailed. An email usually resolves the same problem in a day.
An account that raises a chargeback instead of contacting us may be suspended and its licences revoked while the dispute is open.
8. How to request a refund
Open a ticket from your account, or email support@airythemes.com with your order number. We answer within one business day, and we will tell you plainly whether the order qualifies and what the amount will be before anything is processed.
