About AiryThemes
We build WordPress plugins and themes, and standalone PHP applications, and we sell them directly from this site. No marketplace between you and us: you buy here, you get support from the people who wrote the code, and updates arrive inside WordPress.

- Free plugins and themes — published on WordPress.org, listed here so you can find everything we make in one place. Those are downloaded from WordPress.org, not from us.
How our licences work
One licence covers one site, and every site counts — live, staging and local alike. We say that plainly because the alternative is a customer discovering it at the moment they try to activate.
A purchase includes 12 months of updates and support. When that year ends the software keeps working — it is not a subscription and nothing switches off. Updates pause until you renew, and your site carries on.
Moving a licence to a different site is something you do yourself, from your account. The licence terms say it in full.
How we handle support
Questions before you buy are always answered, whether or not you are a customer — ask us anything. Once you own something, support runs through tickets in your account, where your licence and version are already attached.
A security report is never gated on having bought anything, or on a support term being current. Our disclosure policy says what we will do and how quickly.
If it is not right
If you have bought something and not downloaded it, you can ask for a refund within 7 days and you do not have to justify the request. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, which is the nature of software — the refund policy explains the rest, including what happens when something is genuinely broken.
Who you are buying from
AiryThemes is a brand of Nxlogy Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India. The company is the seller on every order and the name on every invoice — and it is the name that will appear on your card or bank statement, not AiryThemes. We say so here, at checkout and on the invoice, because an unrecognised name on a statement is how an honest purchase turns into a dispute.
