Free plugins and themes listed here

Some products on this site are listed but not sold or hosted by us. They are published free on WordPress.org and downloaded from there; the page here carries their own description, version and figures, imported from WordPress.org and shown as theirs. We do not control WordPress.org, and the files you install come from them.

What we warrant, and what we do not

We warrant that our software performs substantially as described on its product page and in its documentation. If it does not, tell us: a fix or a refund within the refund window is the remedy, and our refund policy says how.

Beyond that, our software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will work with every plugin, theme, host or configuration in existence, or that it will produce any particular commercial result. Rankings, conversions, sales and traffic depend on far more than any plugin.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such a right applies, it applies.

Your site, your backups

Installing, updating or removing software changes your site. Take a backup you have tested before you do it, especially on a live site. We cannot restore a site we have no access to, and we are not responsible for data lost where no working backup existed.

Documentation, guidance and links

Our documentation, blog and support answers are technical guidance about our software. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and the GST and invoicing information on this site describes how we issue invoices — not what your own obligations are. Ask your own adviser for that.

This site links to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their availability.
