Shipping and delivery policy

1. There is nothing to ship

Nxlogy Solutions Private Limited sells software: WordPress plugins and themes, and standalone applications. Every product is delivered electronically. Nothing is posted, nothing is couriered, no physical goods are dispatched, and no shipping or handling charge is ever added — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. When you get it

Immediately on payment. As soon as your payment is confirmed by the processor, your order is completed and the files and licence key appear in your account. In practice this is seconds; where a bank or a processor holds a payment for review it is as long as they take, and nothing is delivered until they release it.

You receive delivery in two ways, and either one is enough:

• In your account — your downloads and licence keys are there the moment the order is paid, and they stay there. This is the delivery; the email is a convenience.
• By email — an order confirmation with your invoice and your licence key, sent to the address on the order.

Delivery is worldwide. There are no countries we cannot deliver to, no customs, no duties and no delivery address to get wrong.

3. If it does not arrive

First, sign in to your account. The files are there whether or not the email reached you, and a missing email is almost always a spam filter or a typo in the address.

If the order is not in your account within an hour of paying, write to support@airythemes.com with the email address you paid with and the payment reference. We answer within one business day. You will not be charged twice and you will not be asked to pay again — if a payment succeeded and an order did not, that is ours to fix.

4. How long you can download

Your purchase does not expire. Every version released while your updates and support period is running stays available from your account, and what you have installed keeps working permanently. When a product is retired, downloads stay open for the period stated on its product page. The full position is in the licence terms and in section 10 of our terms of service.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Because delivery is instant, downloading the files completes the sale. The window before you download, what is deducted, and how to ask are all in the refund policy, which you accept at checkout.
