1. Licensing
- All AiryThemes websites are provided under the GPL license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
- You may use the prebuilt website for your own projects, but you are not permitted to resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your access.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Our prebuilt websites follow the minimum requirements of WordPress as listed here: WordPress Requirements.
- If your hosting does not meet these requirements, some functionality may not work as expected. AiryThemes is not responsible for hosting-related limitations.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is subject to change at any time and will be charged based on the actual price on the purchase date.
- Payments can be made securely via PayPal and Razorpay.
- All purchases are considered one-time fees, unless otherwise specified for special packages.
- Custom services or additional requests beyond the standard package may incur separate charges.
4. Taxes & GST
- AiryThemes falls under the GST registration exempt limit, and therefore we do not issue GST invoices to customers.
- Prices displayed on our website are final unless additional taxes are applied by the payment gateway (e.g., VAT/GST for international buyers).
- Any tax-related invoices should be obtained directly from the payment provider (PayPal or Razorpay).
5. Refund Policy
We want to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency. Refunds are available under limited conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund if:
- The website does not function on your hosting/server, and after providing us with access (WordPress admin + hosting details), our team is unable to resolve the issue.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund if:
- You purchase a product, upload your requirements, and our team has already started customizing/modifying the prebuilt website. Once customization begins, refunds cannot be issued.
- The website functions properly, but features do not match your assumptions.
- Your project requirements change after purchase.
- Your client cancels the project.
- You decide to use another theme or no longer need a website.
- You expected features not advertised in our product description.
Important Notes:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days via our Contact Page.
- Payment gateway transaction charges (up to 3.5%) may be deducted from refunds.
- No refunds after 30 days.
- Bundled or “All-in-One” packages are strictly non-refundable.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All AiryThemes websites are developed according to WordPress coding standards (https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Coding_Standards).
- Demo images/icons are sourced from Pixabay, Unsplash, and other GPL-compliant platforms.
- AiryThemes does not guarantee copyright ownership of demo images. We sell websites, not images. You must replace demo images with your own or purchase licenses for commercial use.
7. Warranty & Liability
- AiryThemes, its employees, directors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our websites or services.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, hosting setups, or external tools.
- Use of AiryThemes products is strictly at your own risk.
8. Support Policy
- Support is available Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We assist with installation, migration, and basic troubleshooting. Advanced customizations may require additional charges.
- Compatibility issues may occur with third-party plugins. We will try to help but cannot guarantee full compatibility with all WordPress plugins.
- For troubleshooting or installation, temporary admin/hosting access may be required. We never store or misuse credentials, and you are advised to change your password after support is complete.
- Requests such as custom CSS modifications, advanced feature changes, or plugin-specific adjustments are considered custom work, not standard support.
9. Installation & Migration
- Installation and migration are included for cPanel, Plesk, and most standard hosting panels.
- SSH-based installations are not supported.
10. Changes to Terms
- AiryThemes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
